Chinese. 摘 要:以抗TMV品种Coker176和感TMV品种K326为亲本,经杂交、自交获得F2作图群体。通过SRAP、SSR、N基因特异引物等分子标记分析结合田间TMV抗性鉴定,将TMV抗性基因定位于LG1连锁群上。TMV抗性基因位点位于标记N2和XSRP1x26之间,遗传距离分别是4.3cM和9.6cM。利用N2标记对84份烤烟种质资源进行筛选的结果表明,该标记与品种(系)的TMV抗性吻合率达97.62%,可见,该标记应用于鉴定N基因控制的TMV抗性具有非常高的可靠性;筛选出的CV87等抗TMV的种质资源可以提供给育种作为亲本材料利用。
Show more [+] Less [-]English. One F2 population were constructed by cross between tobacco variety Coker176 (resistance to TMV) and K326 (susceptible to TMV). The resistance gene was located on linkage group one by molecular markers methods, such as SRAP, SSR, specific primers for N gene, combined with field resistance identification. The resistance gene was mapped between N2 (the genetic distance was 4.3 cM) and XSRP1x26 (the genetic distance was 9.6 cM). The eighty-three tobacco lines were amplified by N2 primer, and the result showed that the matching rate between N2 maker and resistance to TMV of lines was 97.62%. So, N2 maker could be applied to screen effectively resistance of TMV control by gene N. The germ plasms screened might be used as parent material of tobacco breeding.
