Chinese. 用PCR-RFLP方法对118 头大长杂交母猪的ADAMTS-1基因进行分型，并分析了ADAMTS-1不同基因型母猪的产仔数差异。结果表明，在所检测的大长杂交猪群体中，基因A为0.56，基因B为0.44；不同基因型间产仔数表现出ABBBAA的趋势，AA型与BB型以及AB对猪的产仔数和产仔活数差异不显著。
