Chinese. [目的]明确黄瓜茎卷须的解剖结构。[方法]对黄瓜茎卷须进行解剖。[结果]黄瓜茎卷须有分叉现象。卷须结构包括表皮、皮层、双韧维管束、髓射线、髓和髓腔。皮层内的厚壁组织从下向上由多层、一周,减少至近轴面半周直至缺无。维管束大小不等,排成一轮,其构成细胞均较茎的维管束小,且自下而上结构越来越简单;形成层由内外两侧具有至仅外侧具有,直至全无;内韧皮部逐渐简化直至缺少,髓及髓腔由发达至逐渐减弱直至缺无。[结论]卷须结构与茎大体相似,但构成细胞小而少。_
