The work identifies the factors of health destabilization in the context of pension reform and the pandemic. Generalfactors: the need for strict compliance with personal hygiene measures and rules; increased anxiety (constant, "macrosocial",associated with publicly available news knowledge about the danger of a new coronavirus infection; variable, "microsocial",associated with information about the COVID-19 disease of a family member or colleague). Individual factors: remote work;hypokinesia and hypodynamia; changes in biological rhythms. «Negative-modulating» factors: the presence of chronic somaticpathology; borderline disorders of psychosocial behavior. Destabilizing environmental factors.
