Going through the data processing filed in the Butgenbach and Robertville dams office allowed to recreate the series of the natural discharges of the Warche from 1930 to 1995. A chronological analysis of the mean annual discharge reveals no tendency to an increase or a diminution of this later, showing thus that the increase of urbanized aeras of the catchment and the change of land-use have not modified in a significant manner the hydrological regime of the river. An analysis using a filtering method shows that interannual variations of discharges correspond to the main periods of dryness or water excess, revealed in others Ardenne rivers and, with some slight differences, in others main European rivers. The statistical analysis of the annual maximal floods evaluated at Robertville shows that the annual series of daily discharges is better described by Jenkinson and Weibull III distributions while the series of instantaneous maximum discharges is better described by Gumbel law. Maximal flood analysis also shows that the two dams allow floods attenuation, lessening the damages downstream.
