New observations on Periclimenes kornii (Lo Bianco, 1903) (Crustacea, Decapoda, Caridea)

Three adult specimens of the extremely rare and poorly known bathyal pontoniine shrimp Periclimenes kornii (Lo Bianco) were discovered in the Sollaud's collection, now deposited in the Museum National d'Histoire Naturelle, Paris. These specimens, trawled in the Alboran Sea, make it possible to complete the description of the species. A male specimen is studied for the first time, and the first figures of mouthparts are given.
