По результатам экспериментов, поставленных по методу латинского квадрата 4х4, определены оптимальные условия, влияющие на рост личинок Crassostrea gigas на разных стадиях развития. Для велигеров: золотистая микроводоросль Isochrysis galbana в концентрации 50 - 100 тыс. кл./мл при плотности посадки личинок от 5 до 20 тыс. лич./л; для личинок на стадии великонхи: смесь микроводорослей Isochrysus.galbana + Chaetoceros calcitrans в концентрации 50 - 150 тыс. кл./мл при плотности посадки личинок от 3 до 9 тыс. лич./л и температуре воды 21 и 25о С.
Show more [+] Less [-]The factors influencing on Crassostrea gigas larvae growth under different stages of their development are presented on the base of using the latin square method 4x4. Prymnesiophyte, Isochrysis galbana under the concentration 50000 - 100000 cel/ml, and the oyster larvae setting density 5000 - 20000 lar./l are the optimal conditions for the veligers. The mixture of microalge, Is. galbana + Chaetoceres calcitrans under the concentration 50000 - 150000 cel./ml, and oyster larvae setting density 3000 - 9000 lar./l and water temperature 21 - 25 0C are the optimal conditions for the veliconkh larvae stage.
