На примере определений продукционных характеристик двустворчатого моллюска Chamelea gallina из четырех поселений на шельфе Черного моря рассмотрена точность оценки годовой продукции различными вариантами метода одноразовых выборок. Наиболее достоверными и с наименьшей относительной погрешностью являются определения продукции при выделении возрастных классов моллюска и измерении длины, которую имела каждая особь во время отбора проб и за год до этого, на основе анализа ежегодных колец роста на поверхности раковины.
Show more [+] Less [-]The annual production of bivalve mollusk Chamelea gallina from the Black Sea was estimated by various variants of single sample method, and accuracy of these estimations was compared. When age classes of mollusk were defined, and the shell length of each individuals was measured for sampling time and for one year before using analysis of the annual growth rings on the outer shell surface, the calculation of annual production was the most objective and the relative error of this parameter was minimal.
