Russian. В статье представлена общая оценка землепользования аграрного производства Курской области. Показано, что за годы аграрной реформы в Курской области заметных улучшений в использовании сельскохозяйственных угодий не произошло. Имеет место существенное сокращение посевных площадей, что привело к сокращению валового производства сахарной свеклы и овощей. В животноводстве значительный спад производства продукции крупного рогатого скота и птицы. Сделан вывод, что на современном этапе эффективность землепользования в ощутимой мере зависит и от того, кто выступает в роли распорядителей и пользователей сельхозугодий.
Show more [+] Less [-]English. The paper provides a general assessment of land use of agricultural production (for example the Kursk region). It is shown that for years of an agrarian reform in Kursk region of noticeable improvements in use of agricultural grounds didn't occur. Essential reduction of cultivated areas that led to reduction of gross production of sugar beet and vegetables takes place. In animal husbandry considerable decline in production of production of cattle and bird. The conclusion is drawn that at the present stage efficiency of land use in a notable measure depends and on the one who acts as managers and users of the farmland.
