Russian. В статье проведен анализ динамики и структуры потребления продуктов питания населением Кемеровской области. Проведенные исследования позволили сделать вывод о том, что уровень физиологической потребности в продуктах питания населения области можно признать не- удовлетворительным.

The conducted researches have allowed to draw a conclusion that it is possi- ble to recognize level of physiological requirement for foodstuff of the population of area unsatisfactory.
