Russian. Важной проблемой, стоящей перед агропромышленным комплексом России, является расширение производства сои. Интерес к этой важнейшей белково-масличной культуре мирового зем леделия обусловлен высококачественным составом ее зерна, содержащего, в зависимости от сорта и условий произрастания 35-55% легкоусвояемого белка, 17-27% жира, до 30% углеводов, витамины и др. благодаря богатому и разнообразному химическому составу, она широко используется как продо вольственная, кормовая и техническая культура. Увеличение эффективности производства сои воз можно за счет максимального вовлечения азота воздуха в биологический круговорот. Однако, в боль шинстве регионов, в том числе и в предгорной зоне КБР, не определены оптимальные параметры ос новных факторов среды для реализации потенциальной азотфиксирующей активности симбиотиче ских систем, урожайности и белковой продуктивности сои. Не изучена динамика формирования сим биотического аппарата этой культуры в зависимости от условий выращивания, связь активности симбиоза с их урожайностью и белковой продуктивностью. Азотные удобрения в норме 45 кг/га, вне сенные под предпосевную культивацию, угнетают симбиоз и ухудшают азотный режим растений, су хой массы бывает меньше, чем при создании благоприятных условий для симбиоза ИнРВМо. Из выше изложенного следует, что создание благоприятных условий для симбиотической азотфиксации акти визирует фотосинтетическую деятельность посевов и повышает накопление сухого вещества сои на 1,0 - 3,0 т/га. Предпосевная инокуляция семян сои на фоне фосфорных, борных и молибденовых удобрений повышает массу активных клубеньков на 59 - 84, 69 -238 кг/га, активный симбиотический потенциал сои на 5 - 16 тыс. кг.дней/га, количество фиксированного азота воздуха симбиотической системой на 30 - 167 кг/га. Азотные удобрения под сою 45 кг/га в 2 - 3 раза снижают максимальную массу активных клубеньков и в 2 - 5 раз величину АСП и количество биологически фиксированного азо та воздуха. Инокуляция семян сои, применение фосфорных, борных и молибден +птичий помет как раз дельно, так и совместно, создают более благоприятные условия для активного бобоворизобиального симбиоза и не оказывают влияния на продолжительность межфазных периодов, густоту и изреживае мость растений. Азотные удобрения в умеренных нормах 45 кг/га, угнетая биологическую азотфикса цию, не увеличивали урожай семян сои во все годы опытов.
