APROXIMACIÓN A LA FAUNA ASOCIADA A LOS BOSQUES DE ROBLE DEL CORREDOR GUANTIVA - LA RUSIA - IGUAQUE (BOYACÁ-SANTANDER, COLOMBIA)

Registraram-se 380 espécies de vertebrados no Corredor Guantiva - La Rusia - Iguaque, distribuídas em 256 de aves, 83 de mamíferos, 31 de anfíbios e dez de répteis. 20 correspondem a espécies ameaçadas (10 anfíbios, 8 aves e 2 mamíferos), 28 espécies endêmicas (21 anfíbios, 5 aves e 3 mamíferos) e 15 espécies de aves migratórias. Identificaram-se 103 espécies associadas aos bosques de roble do corredor, 62 aves, 18 mamíferos, 22 anfíbios e um reptil. As famílias Cracidae, Grallaridae, Phasianidae, Picidae, Psittacidae, Trogonidae (aves); Phyllostomidae e Sciuridae (mamíferos); Centrolenidae e Strabomantidae (anfibios); apresentaram o maior número de espécies relacionadas com os robledales. Os anfíbios mostraram a maior associação com estes ecossistemas, devido a que 58% das espécies deste grupo têm preferência por habitats com presença de robles.
