Heritabilities and relationships of peduncle size and agronomic characters of barley
1984
Kim, H.B. (Tongguk Univ., Seoul (Korea R.). Dept. of Agronomy)
Varietal differences, heritabilities and the relationships of the characters including peduncle size of barley cultivars (Hordeum vulgare L.) were studied. Significant difference of the peduncle size was observed among the varieties. Flag leaf size and flag leaf sheath length also showed significant differences among varieties. Heritabilities of broad sense for peduncle length and diameter were 0.9638 and 0.5652. Heritabilities for flag leaf sheath length, flag leaf length and flag leaf width were 0.8980, respectively
