Agriculture and their families achieve higher standard of living and better quality of life, through the knowledge of better techniques and methods and by providing improved inputs and improved demand for outputs. Problems of implementation arises, however in imparting this knowledge to the farmers. These problems are: 1) the farmers can't afford to consult all the experts; 2) agricultural knowledge is so specialized that they are in comprehensive to other agricultural scientists and 3) social scientists is necessary in imparting this knowledge to people specially to farmers.
