[Develop proposals on improving of functioning of labour market mechanism in agrarian sector]

Theoretical and methodical bases of conceptual appoaches to functioning of the manpower market in the agrarian sector of Ukraine are developed. Specific practical recommendations on creating mechanism for its regulation under conditions of agro-industrial complex reformation are given. Abstract-logic, statistical-economic and other research methods are applied. The materials are used by the Ukraine's Ministries of economics, labour, agriculture and food. They are intended for compiling complex forecasts on scientific and technical and socio-economic development of Ukraine and its regions
