The invention refers to agricultural microbiology and biotechnology and is a new strain of micromycetes used for a preparation that effectively regulates plant growth. The strain is deposited at the Institute of Microbiology (Kyiv, Ukraine) under the No. IMB F-100005. The preparation is obtained by means of alcoholic extraction from the cultural liquid at presence of activated charcoal. The task of the invention is widening the range of the strains, applied with the aim of receiving ecologically pure preparations used in agriculture with high growth regulation activity at all stages of ontogenesis of the plants and with the wide spectrum of the activity. The preparation applied both for presowing treatment and spraying plants are intended for increasing seed germination. As a result of their application, improving in development of the plants is observed and increase in crop yields takes place. The preparation is recommended on berries, melons and vegetables
