[External balance and effect of the development of the export and import of agrarian commodities on it]

The results are provided on the state of the external balance, its structure and effect on forming such external economy's factors as export, import and external balance. The determining feature of the state and prospects for the development of the external economic activity is stated to be the balance of payment in which annual data are reflected on all the external operations of this country. Based on the analysis conducted of the agricultural production, balance trends towards export of agrarian products are determined and ways are proposed of the export orientation of Ukraine's AIC. The conclusion is drawn that the external activities at the crisis state of the internal agrarian market cannot provide its economic renovation and increase. For stabilizing and increasing in the favourable balance the following steps are proposed: to provide increasing volumes of producing commodities, first of all competitive in the world markets of agricultural commodities; to achieve an absolute increase in specific weight of agricultural commodities leading in the total volume of the external turnover. It is outlined that to limit commodities export by means of introducing the export duties under these conditions means to cause a decrease in this country's currency income
