[Oil refining and deodorizing unit]

The invention is referred to the food industry equipment to be used while refining vegetable oils at small enterprises. The use of the non-refined vegetable oil is known to be limited and prohibited in some countries because of its limited storage terms and pesticide and benzopyrene residues. The unit suggested is distinguished by its improved constructional characteristics. The innovation aspect of the invention is that it includes the vacuum-washing apparatus A2-MC2-A-10 and additionally includes such elements: a hydratator, a neutralizer, a fat-trap, a barometric condensator and a filter-press. In addition, the vacuum-cleaning apparatus is provided with a heat-exchanger, steam bubbler, an ejector. The unit proposed can be used to substitute the more complicated and expensive foreign complexes. It requires 12x6x4.2 m of floor. The unit's capacity is 1 tonne of oil per day
