A harrow for cultivating the soil in interrows and rows of tilled crops, comprising a frame for fixing at a cultivator with beams placed thereon, to the ends of which a toothed module is attached with the possibility to rotate around the axis thereof. The harrow is distinguished by the fact that the frame is made as two transversal girders, each of which is fixed at a cultivator with the possibility of longitudinal and transversal movements, and the beams are attached to the end of each girder from the opposite sides of the cultivator. In doing so the toothed module is connected with vertical links placed at the beams with the possibility to make axial turns in the horizontal plane
