[Changes in biochemical indices of the blood serum and urine of horses affected by myoglobineurea]

English. The results obtained give the ground to affirm that horses of a blooded saddle-breed under intensive training thereof are the most susceptible to myoglobinuria. Except myopathy (accompanied with increased activity of creatine kinase (CK), aminotransferases and creatinine), the disease manifests itself by affecting the hepatobiliary system (hyperbilirubinemia, increased activity of the aminotransferases and glutamyltransferase) in 100% of the animals, and the renal system (hypercreatininemia, lowering the urea and creatinin indices) as well. The research conducted confirms the necessity to continue studying the changes in the biochemical status of the blood.

Захворювання проявляється ураженням мязів (підвищена активність КК, АСТ и АЛТ та креатиніну), гепабіліарної (гіпербілірубінемія, пілвиищена активність АСТ,АЛТ і ГГТ),ренальної (гіперкреатинінемія, зменшення індексів сечовини і креатиніну - ККР, Cc/Cк і Крс/Крк) систем.
