English. Thirty potato varieties bred by the Potato Research Institute of UAAN were being studied for their applicability for making potato chips and French fries. The varieties Zahadka (Mystery), Fantaziya (Fantazy), Zarevo (Glow), Dzvin (Jingle)are found out to be applicable for obtaining chips of good quality in the course of the storage period.

Ukrainian. Вивчали 30 сортів картоплі селекції Інституту картоплярства УААН на придатність для виготовлення чіпсів і картоплі фрі. Встановлено, що придатними для одержання чіпсів доброї якості протягом періоду зберігання є сорти Загадка, Фантазія, Зарево, Дзвін.
