The study was intended to evaluate the efficacy of different chemicals by seed treatment in preventing clubroot on Chinese cabbage and to determine the influence of the different treatments on clubroot infection. Results showed that seed treatment of Chinese cabbage treated with different test chemicals by slurry and drenching method did not effectively reduce clubroot disease. Based on the fourth sampling, 50 DAP, the root system of the sample plants showed clubbing ranging from 2.25 to 3.75. Untreated plants had clubbing on the major lateral root. Plants treated with Benomyl had clubbing on minor and major lateral roots. In general, the test chemicals had no significant effect on clubroot
