Chinese. 用生物学方法研究了河南烟草马铃薯Y病毒(PVY)的体外特性.结果表明,河南PVY的稀释限点为10-6～10-7,致死温度为70～75℃,体外存活期为4～6d,在PVY与CMV,TMV相互作用的研究中发现混合侵染的症状比单独侵染严重,且表现症状不同.
Show more [+] Less [-]English. The vitro characteristics of PVY in Henan Province were studied by biological methods. The result showed that the dilution muttiple end point of PVY in Henan Province was 10~(-6)～10~(-7),its thermal inactivation point was 70～75 ℃,and its longevity in vitro was 4～6 d.By study in the interaction between PVY and CMV,TMV,it was found that the mixed inoculated symptoms were more serious than the single inoculated symptoms,and the symptoms between the treatments were different.
