Chinese. 以陇东马牙枣盛花后40～50 d胚乳为外植体,采用胚剥离和不剥离两种培养方式,进行离体培养．结果表明: 愈伤组织诱导以Nitsch+ZT1．0 mg／L+2．4-D0．6 mg／L+LH0．5 g／L+蔗糖30 g／L培养基最佳,幼胚对胚乳愈伤组织的诱导有促进作用;诱导可获得两类不同的愈伤组织,经染色观察发现两类愈伤组织的细胞形态、色泽、质地、分生能力存在差异．
