Chinese. [目的]研究节杆菌Arthrobacter sp. XW-02发酵酶解产物壳寡糖的生理活性。[方法] 采用端基法测定壳寡糖的平均聚合度和分子量,采用分光光度法测定壳寡糖的抑菌活性,采用种子水培法测定壳寡糖的促水稻生长情况。[结果]酶解10、20、30 min壳寡糖平均聚合度分别为5.40、2.66和1.70,平均分子量分别为870.16、446.25和292.04;壳寡糖对多种细菌和酵母类真菌有明显的抑制作用,但对水稻纹枯病菌的抑制作用不明显,抑菌效果随着壳寡糖作用浓度的增加而增强;低浓度的酶解产物对水稻幼苗的生长有促进作用,高浓度的酶解产物对水稻幼苗生长有抑制作用,酶解产物浓度和水稻幼苗根的生长相关性不明显。[结论]节杆菌Arthrobacter sp. XW-02发酵酶解产物壳寡糖可以进一步开发为植物生长促进剂和病害生物防治剂。_ ___
Show more [+] Less [-]English. [Objective] The purpose was to study the physiological activities of chitooligosaccharides produced by strain Arthrobacter sp. XW-02, which was obtained by crude chitosanase solution after chitosan degradation with the enzyme.[Method]The degree of polymerization was measured by terminal analysis. The antibacterical activity of chitooligosaccharides was tested by spectrophotometric method. And the effects to plant growth was studied with water culture method.[Result]When enzymatic hydrolysis time was 10, 20 and 30 minutes,the average degree of polymerization was 5.40,2.66 and 1.70, and the average molecular weight of the chitooligosacchairdes was 870.16, 446.25 and 292.04, respectively. The chitooligosacchairdes inhibited certain bacteria and yeast to different extent, and didn’t inhibit Pellicularia sasakii evidently. Antimicrobial activities were increased with chitooligosacchairdes concentration. The physiological functions of Arthrobacter sp. XW-02 fermented chitosan were also tested. The chitosanoligosaccharides in fermented chitosan could stimulate growth of Oryza sativa seedlings with low concentraion.[Conclusion]Chitooligosaccharides which produced by strain Arthrobacter sp. XW-02 could be further developed to be plant growth promoters and biological control agents._
