Chinese. 有益微生物菌剂具有促进作物生长、克服连作障碍、提高土壤矿质营养有效性等作用,在可持续农业发展中倍受重视.本研究以放线菌、光合细菌等复合微生物菌剂与不同水平的化学肥料配施作为育苗培养土的底肥,以番茄为试材进行育苗试验,测定了番茄幼苗的形态指标、生理指标和育苗后土壤的速效氮、速效磷、速效钾含量,研究了有益微生物菌剂与化学肥料配施对番茄幼苗生长的影响.结果表明,微生物菌剂与化学肥料配施能够促进番茄幼苗地上部的生长,增加根体积,根鲜重和根干重,提高幼苗叶片可溶性糖含量,提高土壤速效氮含量,这些效果与化学肥料的配施量有关;微生物菌剂和化学肥料配施对番茄幼苗叶绿素含量和土壤速效磷、速效钾的影响不明显.[著者文摘]

The beneficial microbial agents,which contain actinomycetes,photosynthetic bacteria and other microorganisms,with different levels of chemical fertilizers as base fertilizer,were applied into soil for growing tomato seedling.The morphological and physiological index of tomato and the soil available nitrogen,available phosphorus,available potassium were determined,and the effect of integrated fertilization of beneficial microbial agents with chemical fertilizer on the growth of tomato seedling were studied.The results indicated that applying microbial agents with chemical fertilizers could promote aboveground part growth of tomato seedlings,increase tomato root volume,root fresh weight and root dry weight,increase soluble sugar content in leaves and soil available nitrogen,but these effects were related to the quantities of chemical fertilizer applyed.The effects of applying microbiological agents with chemical fertilizers on chlorophyll content of tomato seedlings and soil available P and K were not obvious.[著者文摘]
