Powdery mildew is a major disease affecting yield and quality of cucurbit crops.In this paer,we mainly review the differentiation of physiological races of powdery mildew in cucurbit,genetic rules of powdery mildew resistance,research progresses on molecular markers linked to resistance genes,and QTL localization of resistance gene,and isolation and identification of powdery mildew resistance genes in cucurbit crops.Also,researches on powdery mildew resistance in cucurbit were prospected.[著者文摘]
