Avaliação de linhagens de arroz em diferentes sistemas de cultivo em várzea de Roraima. =Evaluation of rice lines under different cropping systems in the lowlands of Roraima.

No processo de obtenção de novas cultivares de arroz para uso em várzeas de Roraima a pesquisa conduz ensaios denominados de Valor de Cultivo e Uso (VCU’s) em diferentes sistemas de cultivo, visandoidentifi car as melhores alternativas para recomendação aos produtores locais. Neste sentido, o presente trabalho teve como objetivo avaliar 21 linhagens e quatro cultivares de arroz, com relação a produtividade de grãos e outras características agronômicas em diferentes sistemas de cultivo em várzea do rio Branco, município de Cantá, no Estado de Roraima. O delineamento experimental utilizado foi o de blocos casualizados, com quatro repetições. Os resultados evidenciaram diferenças signifi cativas para a maioria das características avaliadas. A maior produtividadede grãos foi obtida com o sistema de cultivo com irrigação por inundação contínua e semeadura em linhas, 8.684 kg ha-1 e as menores produtividades foram obtidas nos sistemas de cultivo com irrigação intermitente, independente do método de semeadura. Os materiais mais produtivos na média dos quatro sistemas de cultivo foram a IRGA 417(8.932 kg ha-1) e BRA 051250 (8.666 kg ha-1), seguidas dos materiais BRS Jaçanã (8.257 kg ha-1), BRA 051135 (8.217 kg ha-1), CNA 10900 (8.205 kg ha-1), BRS Jaburu (8.193 kg ha-1), BRA 051108 (8.171 kg ha-1), CNA 110114 (8.169 kg ha-1), BRA 051126 (8.163 kg ha-1) e BRA 051077 (8.151 kg ha-1), que embora não tenham superado a cultivar testemunha IRGA 417, foram superiores às demais cultivares testemunhas, Roraima e BR IRGA 409. Assim, conclui-se, que estas linhagens são promissoras para futuros lançamentos/recomendações aos sistemas de produção local. = In the process to obtain new rice cultivars for use in the lowlands of Roraima, a study conductedassays called Value of Culture and Use (VCU’s) in different cropping systems, aiming to identify the best alternatives for recommendation to the local producers. Consequently the present study had as objective to evaluate 21 lines and 4 rice cultivars, relative to grain yield and other agronomic characteristics in different cropping systems in the lowlands of the Branco river, municipality of Cantá, the State of Roraima. The experimental design used completely randomized blocks, with four replicates. The results revealed significant differences for the majority of the characteristics evaluated. The best grain productivity wasobtained with cropping system under continuous flooding irrigation and sowing in lines, 8,684 kg ha-1 while lower productivities were obtained with cropping systems under intermittent irrigation, independent of the sowing method. The materials considered as most productive being averages of the four cropping systems,were been IRGA 417 (8,932 kg ha-1) and BRA 051250 (8,666 kg ha-1). This was followed by BRS Jaçanã (8,257 kg ha-1), BRA 051135 (8,217 kg ha-1), CNA 10900 (8,205 kg ha-1), BRS Jaburu (8,193 kg ha-1), BRA 051108 (8,171 kg ha-1), CNA 110114 (8,169 kg ha-1), BRA 051126 (8,163 kg ha-1) and BRA 051077 (8,151 kg ha-1). Although these did not surpass the control IRGA 417, they were considered as better than controls Roraima and BR IRGA 409. In conclusion, these results suggests that these lines are promising for future cultivars/recommendations to local production systems.
