水平衡测试是企业开展计划用水,合理利用水资源,提高经济、社会和环保效益的一种重要手段。对大豆油厂进行了水平衡测试，根据测试结果对全厂进行了合理化分析和用水定额分析，并提出了节水措施及建议。企业应当每3年定期进行一次水平衡测试，因生产技术、工艺流程和规模等发生变化时，应当及时进行新的水平衡测试。 Water balance test in enterprise is an important means to carry out planned water use, make rational use of water resources, and improve the economic, social and environmental benefits. The water balance test in the soybean oil plant was carried out. According to the test results, the rationalization analysis and water quota analysis were carried out for the water consumption of the whole plant, and the water saving measures and suggestions were put forward. Enterprises should conduct water balance test regularly every three years. If the production technology, process flow and scale change, a new water balance test should be conducted in time.
