Seed and clonal propagation of Camellia japonica L. cultivars in vitro culture

The results of seed and clonal propagation of 4 cultivars of Camellia japonica L. are given. It was shown that the best results were obtained using both the method of embryoculture and clonal multiplication of shoots in vitro culture. Elaborated method of propagation gives the opportunity to have a lot of healthy young camellias plants.
