<正> 随着自然环境的不断变化,许多物种受到野外生存环境的压力越来越大,已经濒临灭绝,建立圈养种群是对这些濒危物种进行保护的一种有效方法。如何使圈养种群长期健康地生存下去,并能够支持将来野生种群的恢复是现代动物园工作中需要解决的问题,为了达到这个目的,科学地对濒危珍稀物种圈养种群进行遗传学管理是非常重要的。
