白犀运输途中的饲养管理

<正> 白犀 （Diceros simus） 是野生动物中体形庞大的动物。特别是成年白犀运输更加困难。我们历时一个月行程万里,将一对白犀由加拿大的埃德蒙顿安全运到哈滨滨。现将运输途中的饲养管理报道如下。白犀的运输 1.运输前的准备 （1）笼箱的准备首先测量好犀牛体型大小,根据白犀的体长制做笼箱,其要求:笼箱要坚固。整个笼箱是用45毫米厚松木板制成,箱底加三道15×20厘米木方,其它处用10×15 厘米木方,在固带外再加厚铁
