In the process of advanced treatment and control of zero discharge of wet desulfurization wastewater in power plants, water quality fluctuation interference has always been a difficult problem. Design a zero-discharge advanced treatment control system for wet desulfurization wastewater in power plant that can adapt to water quality fluctuation. The pretreatment and softening subsystem of desulfurization wastewater uses sodium hypochlorite, lime and sodium carbonate to soften the hardness of calcium and magnesium in wastewater; The soften desulfurized wastewater is input into a membrane concentration subsystem base on a forward osmosis membrane concentration process, that amount of wastewater is reduced by using the forward osmosis membrane concentration method, the concentrate wastewater is discharged into a flue evaporation crystallization treatment subsystem, the salt in the water is separated from the water by flue gas residual heat, the salt precipitate is recycled, and the water is evaporated, so that zero-discharge advanced treatment of wet desulfurization wastewater in a power plant is realized. In the process of treatment, the fuzzy neural network water quality controller is used to adapt to the fluctuation of water quality, and on the basis of adapting to the fluctuation of water quality, the operating parameters of each subsystem for zero discharge treatment of wastewater are intelligently adjusted. After testing, this system can realize the zero-discharge advanced treatment control of wet desulfurization wastewater in power plant, which adapts to the fluctuation of water quality.
