Unterschiedliche N-Duengung (einschliesslich Nmin des Bodens 100, 250, 450 kg N/ha) wirkte sich bei 2 Gurkensorten zwar auf Wachstum, Ertrag sowie Blatt- und Fruchtfarbe aber nicht auf die Textur der Fruechte aus. Einfluesse auf die Textur zeigten Sorte (N 179-80 besser als Colet) und der Erntetermin.
