Methodical investigations of glucosinolate determination of rape seed

Vergleichsanalysen mittels isothermer Gaschromatographie und HPLC ergaben, dass der Anteil der Indolyl-Glucosinolate bei einer Absenkung des Gesamt-Glucosinolat (GSL)-Gehaltes von ca. 3 % auf 30-40 % ansteigen kann. Neben den genannten Methoden wurden photometrische Verfahren (Moeller et al., 1984) ihre Eignung zur Bestimmung des GSL-Gehaltes in Rapssamen geprueft.
