In den vergangenen Jahren wurden in der Landwirtschaft zur Sicherung und Erhoehung der Pflanzenproduktion in zunehmendem Mass Agrarchemikalien, wie Duenger und Pflanzenbehandlungsmittel eingesetzt. Als unerwuenschter Nebeneffekt kann es durch diese Entwicklung zu Naehrstoffanreicherung im Grundwasser oder zu Kontamination des Grundwassers mit Pflanzenbehandlungsmitteln kommen. Der Gesetzgeber hat eine neue Trinkwasserverordnung erlassen. Im Bericht wird ein Stimulationsmodell fuer den Stofftransport im Boden beschrieben, das bei Verwendung eines Personalcomputers Entscheidungshilfen beim Einsatz von Pflanzenbehandlungsmitteln ermoeglicht.
