German. Bei 60 Stuten (Vollblut, Trakehner, Warmblut) wurden waehrend der Rosse im Harn die Oestrogen- und Creatininkonzentrationen bestimmt. Der fuer den Gebrauch in der Humanmedizin entwickelte Estradiol Enzymatique U-Test eignete sich auch fuer den Praxiseinsatz bei Stuten. Damit bietet die Oestrogenbestimmung aus dem Harn zur Zyklus- und Ovulationsbestimmung eine Ergaenzung bzw. Alternative zur Follikelkontrolle.
