Das optimale Mastendgewicht kann exakt nur fuer den Einzelbetrieb ermittelt werden. Anhand eines Beispiels wird eine Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnung durchgefuehrt und die Auswirkungen einer Erhoehung des Mastendgewichts diskutiert.
