German. Ueber das 19. Sensorik-Seminar der Deutschen Landwirtschafts-Gesellscha ft (DLG), an dem insgesamt 75 Personen (Brot: 45, Feine Backwaren: 30) teilnahmen, wird berichtet. Neben interessanten Vortraegen ueber die sensorische Analyse und die Qualifikation der DLG-Pruefer wurden zahlreiche Uebungen im Erkennen von Grundgeschmacksarten durchgefuehrt, verschiedene Brote und Feine Backwaren mit der beschreibenden und der bewertenden Pruefung (Einzel- und Gruppenpruefung) qualitativ beurteilt. Insgesamt wurden fuer ein Grundlagenseminar befriedigende Ergebnisse erreicht. [S-92-01025]
