German. Es ist geplant, die androgenetisch entstandenen homozygot resistenten Klone untereinander zu kreuzen, um wieder zu heterozygoten Dihaploiden zu gelangen. Diese stellen dann das Ausgangsmaterial fuer die somatische Hybridisierung dar. Die somatische Hybridisierung soll die Rueckkehr auf das in der zuechterischen Praxis erforderliche heterozygot-tetraploide Niveau gewaehrleisten. Durch Fusion somatischer Zellen und Regeneration der Fusionsbastarde wird eine erneute meiotische Durchmischung der akkumulierten Gene vermieden.
