Es wird eine entwickelte endoskopisch gefuehrte Follikelpunktion bei lebenden Kalbinnen und Kuehen beschrieben, bei der im Mittel 6-11 Cumulus-Oozyten-Komplexe (COX) pro Woche in einem Zeitraum von 2-3 Monaten gewonnen werden koennen. 14% der COX entwickeln sich zu uebertragbaren Embryonen und die Traechtigkeitsrate nach Transfer liegt bei 50%. Diskutiert werden einige Anwendungsmoeglichkeiten.
