English. As part of the agreement between the CEMAGREF and UNIR, an individual contract was signed in June 1994 for a period of two years, with the aim of carrying out research on the close protection of food manufacturing lines against bio-contamination by airborne particles. The report details the progress of this research and sets out the results. The order retained is essentially the chronological order of the progress of the research. The guideline was the programme envisaged in the contract. This 8 point programme was faithfully followed. Only the study on the sensitivity to obstacles, initially provided for on the first model, was postponed to the end of the programme. The report is divided into two parts. In the first, the initial stages of the research were described, up to point 5 of the programme. From point 6 onwards, a redefinition of the blowing principle was necessary in order to find a solution to open situations, such as the protection of conveyor belts. the second part shows how this solution was found and then validated.

Dans le cadre de la convention liant le Cemagref et UNIR, un contrat particulier a été signé en Juin 1994 pour une durée de deux ans, avec pour objet la réalisation d'une recherche sur la protection rapprochée des chaînes de fabrication alimentaire contre la biocontamination par les particules de l'air. Le rapport rend compte du déroulement de cette recherche et en expose les résultats. L'ordre retenu est, pour l'essentiel, l'ordre chronologique de déroulement de la recherche. Le fil conducteur est le programme prévu au contrat. Ce programme en 8 points a été suivi fidèlement. Seule l'étude de la sensibilité aux obstacles, initialement prévue sur la première maquette, a été reportée en fin de programme. Le rapport est divisé en deux parties. Dans la première sont décrites les premières étapes de la recherche, jusqu'au point 5 du programme. A partir du point 6, une redéfinition du principe de soufflerie a été nécessaire pour trouver une solution aux situations ouvertes, comme la protection des bandes convoyeuses. La deuxième partie montre comment cette solution a été trouvée, puis validée.
