English. Problems concerning castor oil plant harvesting. The Cemagref had on charge to develop some technologies for a mechanised harvest. Different machines have been tested KK C6 (a specific russian combine) CLAAS dominator 86 (a classic combine harvester), anaxial flow combine has been tested too. The results show that this machine could only tresh 30 % of the fruits (in the best conditions). The combine have been tested with sunflower equipments. The conclusions of the experiment are : It is not possible to use standard machines, using a specific harvester is too expansive. After, 8 years experiments a lot of solutions have been tested. The Cemagref have realised the cheapset equipment. But in fact, it doesn't give perfect resutls.
