L`objectif de cette contribution est de proposer une ébauche d`analyse des interactions entre développement durable et les dimensions identitaire, matérielle et organisationnelle du territoire dans le cadre d`une démarche pluridisciplinaire. Plus précisément, nous tenterons de montrer en quoi l`ancrage d`un produit au territoire peut représenter une voie de développement durable. Trois points principaux seront abordés : - d`abord, les différentes façons pour les produits de valoriser le territoire, - ensuite, les possibilités pour les produits de qualité à impulser une dynamique de développement, - enfin, les équilibres à trouver en vue d`un développement durable. L`ensemble des réflexions précédentes concourt à esquisser un projet de recherche invitant au renforcement des analyses territoriales dans le domaine du développement durable des fonds de vallée.

English. The objective of this contribution is to propose a grid of analysis of the interactions between sustainable development and the identical, material and organizational dimensions of the territory within the framework of a multidisciplinary method. More exactly, we shall try to show in what the anchoring of a product in the territory can represent a way of sustainable development. Three principal points will be approached: - At first, the various manners for the products to value the territory,- Then, the possibilities for quality products to impulse a development process,Finally, the balances to be found with the aim of a sustainable development.All the previous questions contributes to sketch a research project inviting in the intensification of the territorial analyses in the field of the sustainable development of the bottom of valley.
