Show more [+] Less [-]English. The local knowledge is offering potential skill that should be incorporated into a territorial development project, since ad’ hoc networks were trained. An additional stake, for territorial intelligence process, will be to try restoring the link, with the help of mediation, between local knowledge and expert or scientific knowledge, into inter subjectivity, in fact, a shared direction connected with the description and performance of complex situations.

Les savoirs locaux constituent un réservoir de potentialités qu’il convient d’incorporer dans l’élaboration d’un projet de développement territorial, dès lors que les réseaux ad’ hoc ont été formés. Un enjeu supplémentaire, pour les processus d’intelligence territoriale, sera de chercher à rétablir le lien, par la médiation, entre les savoirs locaux et les savoirs experts ou scientifiques afin de redonner dans l’intersubjectivité un sens partagé à la description et l’interprétation de situations complexes. Nous rappellerons les hypothèses de la grammaire territoriale en préambule à la définition d’une politique de développement local de nature endogène apte à répondre au rapport concurrentiel à venir entre les territoires.
