A tree volume tariff was developed for Agathis loranthifolia Salisb. in the region of Banyumas Barat Forest District, Central Java. The tariff is for predicting inside bark tree volume up to 7 cm top diameter. The tariff was based on an allometric regression equation relating tree volume to tree diameter at breast height (dbh). Tree were totally 70 sample trees of various dbh. Tree volumes were measured by measuring tree section, and section volumes were calculated using Smalian formula. The resulting regression equation is: V = 0,1423 D at the power of 2,4546 or log V = -0,8468 + 24546 log D where: V = Volume of trees (m cubic), D = dbh (cm), a and b = constant. The standard error of estimate is 1.3 percent and the aggregative deviation and average deviation are respectively 0.51 percent and 11.5 percent. These figures indicate that the resulting tree volume equations is sufficiently reliable
