Nutritional dietary of Artemia nauplii for marine fish larvae could be enriched by lipid emulsion feeding method. Study on the use of Scott's Emulsion for EPA and DHA enrichments of Artemia nauplii had been conducted under laboratory condition using 3 liter capacity beaker glass. The nauplii (12 hour old) stocking density was 163 ind./liter. In experiment 1, the nauplii was fed with combination of Scott's Emulsion and baker's yeast at dosage of 1 ml/liter and 0.17 g/liter, 2 ml/liter and 0.33 g/liter, 3 ml/liter and 0.50 g/liter, 4 ml/liter, and 0.67 g/liter, and 5 ml/liter and 0.84 g/liter for treatments A, B, C, D, and E, respectively. In experiment 2, the nauplii was fed with 2 ml/liter Scott's Emulsion and 0.33 g/liter baker's yeast with different feeding times namely 0, 2, 6 and 12 hours. The result of experiment showed that treatment A was the best in terms of survival rate. The different feeding times did not show significant difference of both EPA and DHA contents in the nauplii
