In the current study there are thoroughly investigated the pathologies of bovine abomasum: the left displacement of the abomasum (LDA), the right dilation of the abomasum (RDA) and the right volvulus of the abomasum (RVA). Abomasal displacement (LDA) is perhaps the most common surgical disorder of the abdomen in modern dairy practice. It is questionable why abomasal disturbances are uncommon in Estonia
