Hamilton, J.T. | Rajakulendran, V. (New South Wales Agriculture, Rydalmere (Australia). Biological and Chemical Research Inst.)
Gives the results of investigations into the tomato russet mite. These included studies of the effect of climatic and biological factors which influence population fluctuations; to check for the presence of resistance to insecticides; to identify insecticides which are efficient in controlling the mite; to determine the presence of plant resistance to the mite and to examine the possibility of reducing the number of insecticides used by use of more appropriate control measures.
