Identification of armyworm larvae using electrophoretic techniques [insect pest of crop plants]. [Conference paper]

A technique to identify larvae of Persectania ewingii, P. dyscrita and Mythimna convecta using cellulose acetate electrophoresis is described. Three enzyme systems, 6PGD, GOT and Peptidase B adequately separate the three species.
